T. C. Adderly, M.B.A

T. C. Adderly, M.B.A. is a Human Resources expert with broad experience in both public and private sectors who is well-known for his Executive Leadership and Management training workshops. He is Adjunct Professor in Business Management at Florida Memorial University in Miami Gardens, Florida and is Retired Human Resources Director of the City of Miami Beach, Florida as well as former Human Resources Division Manager for the Florida Power & Light Company. Mr. Adderly obtained his Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Miami, having also completed the Florida Management Program at the University of Florida, the Advanced Study Program for Business Executives on Federal Government Operations from the Brookings’ Institution in Washington, D.C., and the Associates Degree program in General Studies with a major in Management Science at Miami-Dade College in Florida. He is former President of the National Black MBA Association as well as Vice President of Operations, and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of several not-for-profit organizations to help the community. Mr. Adderly is a long-time Friend of AASF.
