Shelia Dudley, Senior Manager, Human Resources Compliance for Burger King Corporation, is a Member of the Board of Directors of the  African American Success Foundation and is its Secretary. Ms. Dudley actively served on the Board in its early years of formation, and then rejoined the Board in 2008. She has over 25 years of outstanding public and private sector leadership in all aspects of human resource management.  She brings to the Board her special expertise as operational project manager for implementation of several integrated human resource information systems, consulting services, strategic planning, strategic alignment of best practices in human resource management and utilization of human capital, compliance, labor relations and equal opportunity/equal access, and is a certified human resources/payroll technology consultant.
